Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante is back on the training pitch as he steps up his recovery from a hamstring injury, according to the Evening Standard‘s Nizaar Kinsella.
Although the Frenchman is not back in team training yet, he is undergoing drills with a fitness coach, which suggests he could be ready to return after the international break.
Supporters on Twitter are delighted with the news, and they are hoping Kante will be back in action soon in order to help get the Blues’ season back on track:

It can be argued Kante’s unique qualities are both a curse and a blessing. When he is fit and available, he is able to transform Chelsea’s midfield but, when he is absent, the team suffers massively as a result.
Manager Graham Potter could certainly do with having Kante back in the middle of the park when they travel to face Crystal Palace on October 1st.
