Nice are expected to table a loan offer for Chelsea target Cesare Casadei, according to Footmercato reporter Santi Aouna.
The French journalist claims the Ligue One side are willing to pay €4m (£3.4m) for a season-long loan with an option to buy for around €15m (£12.7m):
🚨Info: Comme révélé ici, Nice avance Cesare Casadei 🇮🇹

Casadei’s club Inter Milan have been holding out for a fee in the region of €20m (£17m), which means Nice’s proposal would be very close to the Serie A side’s valuation of the player.
Chelsea have had two offers knocked back for the teenager, while Arsenal have also been credited with an interest in the midfielder.
However, Nice seem to be favourites for Casadei’s signature at the moment, especially if they agree to include a buyback clause, which Aouna claims is a key demand of Inter’s.
The Nerazzurri would like the chance to re-sign the 19-year-old for between €35m (£30m) and €40m (£34m), which is not a condition that you can see Chelsea agreeing to.
