Chelsea are set to sign Molde striker David Datro Fofana, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Blues are set to pay “more than” €10m (£8.7m) for the 19-year-old, who has been identified by the club’s new-look scouting department:

Just under a month ago, Fofana was linked with a switch to Brighton, and it is unlikely to be a coincidence that the Blues have hijacked the move, considering the new Director of Global Talent and Transfers, Paul Winstanley, arrived from the Seagulls recently.
Under the ownership of Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, Chelsea have been actively seeking out the best young talent in world football and the potential addition of Fofana is just the latest example of this new strategy. There are likely to be plenty of other similar deals in the coming months.
