Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek scored a hat-trick against BATE Borisov in the Europa League last night.
The England international has struggled for games under manager Maurizio Sarri so far this season, but his man of the match display will certainly give the Italian food for thought.
Fans on Twitter were delighted with Loftus-Cheek’s performance:
What a player?

After the game, Sarri praised the midfielder for his display but again raised his concerns about his tactical discipline. It seems the Blues boss wants more from the 22-year-old defensively.
Loftus-Cheek still has a challenge on his hands to get into the Chelsea first-team despite his impressive performance yesterday. He has only made the bench twice for Premier League games this season.
With the likes of Cesc Fabregas and Ross Barkley also having to wait for their chance in the starting eleven, Sarri has an abundance of options in the middle of the park at the moment.
