A small majority of Chelsea supporters would prefer the London club to sign Philippe Coutinho ahead of Jadon Sancho, according to a poll run by ChelseaNews.com

There have been reports that the Blues may only go after Coutinho if they lose out to Manchester United for Sancho, but it appears Blues fans would want the Brazilian playmaker instead anyway:

Considering the hype around Sancho, and the disappointing performances of Coutinho over the last two seasons, that is a big surprise.

There is no doubting the Barcelona star’s talent, after his superb displays for Liverpool, and he is likely to be a lot cheaper (£40m or £50m less) than Sancho. Even so, the potential of the Borussia Dortmund winger does make a move for him a tempting prospect.

Although there will be some that may think that Chelsea could go after BOTH, realistically only one is likely to move to Stamford Bridge, and supporters in the poll are slightly favouring Coutinho.
