Mino Raiola Must Be On Board
Chelsea have clashed with the Italian-born Dutchman in the past, most notably over the aborted effort to sign Romelu Lukaku from Everton in 2017. It is believed that attempts have been made to smooth over the relationship since then, but that won’t be enough.
There are reports that Raiola will also demand a staggering £40m agent fee, and so that will need to be factored into the budget, on top of the transfer funds required to meet Borussia Dortmund’s asking price.
