Others believe he will be loaned out, just like many other players have been in the past:
What’s the point, he will be loaned out till his career will be wrecked while we will be paying top dollars for the deadwood and the ‘has been’

Brown has been extremely impressive at youth level for Chelsea. As well as scoring 12 in the UEFA Youth League, he scored four in 5 games for the Under 21s in the EFL Trophy, as well as scoring four times for the U23s in Premier League 2.
The Blues’ transfer ban could give the teenager an opportunity but much may depend on the future of the likes of Gonzalo Higuain and Michy Batshuayi.
Manager Maurizio Sarri says he is hopeful that Higuain can continue at Stamford Bridge next season despite only scoring four goals in 15 appearances.
