Pulisic And Kepa To Start, Havertz On The Bench: Chelsea’s Predicted XI To Play Sheffield United

After a comfortable win over Atletico Madrid in the Champions League during the week, Chelsea will head into tomorrow’s FA Cup quarter-final against Sheffield United in confident mood.

Manager Thomas Tuchel will, though, likely ring the changes in order to give chances to some members of the first-team squad who haven’t had much game time recently.

Kepa Arrizabalaga may well replace Edouard Mendy in between the sticks, with Andreas Christensen being recalled in the centre of defence to play alongside Cesar Azpilicueta and Kurt Zouma.

After being named as a substitute versus Atletico, Callum Hudson-Odoi could come into the side at right wingback, with Reece James being rested. Ben Chilwell may also replace Marcos Alonso on the left flank.

With Jorginho returning after his suspension, the Italian will likely be recalled to the starting lineup tomorrow, with Mateo Kovacic making way. After his stellar performance midweek, N’Golo Kante is expected to stay in the eleven.

Tuchel may also reshuffle his front three, with Mason Mount having a good chance of starting. Olivier Giroud and Christian Pulisic are also in line to play.

Chelsea’s Predicted XI To Face Sheffield United:

Kepa, Hudson-Odoi, Azpilicueta, Christensen, Zouma, Chilwell, Jorginho, Kante, Mount, Giroud, Pulisic
