Lineker Makes Prediction About Tammy Abraham After Chelsea Star Scores First International Goal

England legend Gary Lineker is predicting that Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham will score a lot more goals for England after bagging his first for his country at senior level in the 7-0 win over Montenegro last night.

The 22-year-old came on for Harry Kane midway through the second half and duly converted a Jadon Sancho cross to seal victory for the Three Lions as they qualified for the European Championships next summer. After the game, Lineker took to Twitter to say:

Abraham is fully deserving of the praise he is getting at the moment. The Blues star has scored ten Premier League goals this season, just one behind the current top scorer Jamie Vardy.

His superb form is both a testament to the player’s ability but also the faith of manager Frank Lampard who has given him an extended run in the first team ahead of more experienced strikers like Olivier Giroud and Michy Batshuayi.
