Latest Chelsea Injury News: Updates On Pulisic, Kante And Abraham

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that Christian Pulisic will be available to face Porto in this evening’s Champions League quarter-final clash.

The American international had to be taken off at half-time in the 5-2 defeat to West Brom on Saturday after feeling his hamstring, but the winger returned to training yesterday without any issues.

N’Golo Kante will also return to the squad after being left out at the weekend. The 30-year-old picked up his own hamstring problem whilst on international duty with France.

Whether the midfielder will be fit enough to start after being ruled out just a few days ago, we shall have to wait and see, but Tuchel will be keen to get him back into midfield as soon as possible.

Tammy Abraham is also in contention to feature tonight. The 23-year-old has been carrying an ankle injury in recent weeks, but eyebrows were raised when he wasn’t included in the matchday squad for the West Brom game, despite reports he had already returned to training.
