Chelsea are closing in on the signing of Borussia Dortmund winger Christian Pulisic, according to reports in the UK.
The Blues are believed to be preparing a £70m offer for the American international with a deal possibly taking place during the January transfer window.
Many supporters on Twitter think it will be a good purchase, although some think Pulisic is overpriced:

The 20-year-old’s current contract expires in 2020, and the midfielder has so far turned down the opportunity to hold talks with Dortmund over a new deal.
It means the Bundesliga side are reluctantly prepared to let Pulisic leave, with Chelsea keen to get a transfer finalised as soon as possible, to head off interest from the likes of Liverpool and Tottenham.
A possible transfer ban from FIFA is reportedly focusing minds at the London club, and sealing the American’s signature in January is said to be the club’s top priority in case they are unable to sign any more players in future windows.
