Chelsea are interested in signing Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, according to reports in the English media.

The Nigerian international has been linked with Manchester United and Arsenal in recent months but the Blues are said to have added his name to a list of options as they consider potential replacements for Romelu Lukaku.

However, Osimhen’s asking price is believed to be in excess of £80m, and to bring down the cost, Chelsea may decide to include Armando Broja as part of their offer.

Napoli are known to be keen admirers of the Albanian international, along with West Ham, Newcastle and Everton, so they could well be open to an exchange, with Osimhen moving the other way.

At this stage, it isn’t known where the Nigerian features on the list of priorities for manager Thomas Tuchel. The club have also been credited with an interest in the likes of Robert Lewandowski, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jonathan David and Gianluca Scamacca.
