Chelsea are targeting moves for Arsenal’s Ethan Nwaneri, Tottenham’s Mikey Moore and Sunderland’s Chris Rigg as they look to press ahead with plans to strengthen their academy, according to Simon Phillips and Rob Pratley.
The two journalists claim that the trio are being pursued as part of Director of Football Development Neil Bath’s “Vision 2030” plan:
Three names on the list is Mikey Moore from Tottenham, Ethan Nwaneri from Arsenal, and Chris Rigg from Sunderland.

Nwaneri has already made his first team debut for Arsenal, having been given a cameo off the bench in the 3-0 win over Brentford in September. The 15-year-old has yet to sign a professional contract so the Blues do have a decent chance of securing his signature.
Moore is a striker and, despite only being 15, he is already playing for Spurs’s Under 18 team, having also been capped by England at Under 16 level.
Rigg, meanwhile, is a midfielder, and he was England’s Under 16 captain before being promoted to the Under 17s. He has also made three appearances for the Black Cats’ Under 21 side in Premier League 2 this campaign.
