It’s getting to the time of year again when leaked images of next season’s kit are doing the rounds on Twitter, and fans have been reacting to Chelsea’s potential new home shirt.
Footyheadlines are generally pretty reliable as a source and they think the below design is pretty close to what the Blues will be wearing for the 2021/22 campaign:

Nike’s latest effort hasn’t really gone down well with supporters, with many disliking the zig-zag pattern and the ‘3’ Sponsor logo which dominates the kit:

It’s certainly not one of Nike’s best efforts, and it’s a far cry from this season’s more minimalist design. The addition of yellow is the only other striking feature, as well as the quite off-putting zig-zags.
Usually this late in the season, the design has been pretty much settled on so don’t expect a radically different home shirt to emerge between now and its release date sometime in the summer.
