Which Players Will Leave Chelsea This Summer?

Apparently Chelsea are keen on preparing their youngest and most talented players for the next couple of seasons. According to the Daily Star, newly signed Nathan and Izzy Brown will be heading to Holland where Vitesse will be taking care of helping the youngsters develop properly. Even though both were expected to be featured in a couple of games next season, it seems that is not the case. Despite the fact that both Brown and Nathan repeatedly expressed their desire to perform under Mourinho’s supervision, they will have to take it slow and first prove themselves when it comes to playing the full length of the season. Nathan will have to show he has adapted to European football and Brown will have to show that he can perform under the pressure while pulled out of his comfort zone which is Chelsea’s youth team.

Aside from the two who are heading to Holland, there is one more name who could be saying goodbye in the shortest of time. Obi Mikel is in talks with Fenerbahce who are looking to create a colony built out of Premier League players. According to TeamTalk, the 28 year old could be joining Nani and possibly Van Persie in a week’s worth of time. The Nigerian international is under contract until 2017 but could be tempted by the Turkish side where the salary should be great and the time spent on the pitch should triple when compared to Chelsea.
