Chelsea are considering Watford head coach Javi Gracia as a possible successor to Maurizio Sarri, according to reports in the UK.
The Spaniard is not said to be the favourite to take over at Stamford Bridge but he is believed to be a candidate that the Blues are looking at.
Supporters on Twitter don’t think Gracia should be in the running for the job:
What type of joke is that. If we are looking for a replacement from the premiership, what about Nuno Espirito Santo.

Other names on the club’s shortlist include Frank Lampard and former Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri but Chelsea have their doubts about the Italian, in particular.
Despite guiding the Bianconeri to five consecutive Serie A titles, the Chelsea board are reportedly reluctant to hire another Italian as manager.
The squad have not reacted positively to the coaching methods and management style of Antonio Conte and Sarri previously, and don’t want to replicate the same mistake.
Whether Gracia would be a suitable alternative, it seems doubtful. The 49-year-old has managed ten different clubs and has yet to win a trophy.
