After two morale-boosting wins against Liverpool and Djurgarden, Chelsea should be confident heading into their clash against Newcastle on Sunday afternoon.

The Magpies are only above them on goal difference in the Premier League table and a win at St James’ Park would be a huge boost to the Blues’ hopes of finishing in the top 5.

Of course, securing such a result is easier said than done. Their opponents have a very good record at home, while Enzo Maresca’s side haven’t exactly been great on the road in recent months.

The away team will be looking to carry the momentum from the last few performances into the game this weekend so they can get the three points.
