Two European Giants Are ‘Monitoring’ 38M Chelsea Ace’s Situation After Being Snubbed By Tuchel

Juventus and AC Milan are keeping tabs on Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech, according to Calciomercatoweb.it. The Italian website claims the two Serie A sides are “monitoring” the Moroccan’s situation to see whether his game time continues to be limited under new manager Thomas Tuchel.

Since the arrival of the German in the dugout, Ziyech has made just one Premier League start, and he was hauled off midway through the second half after a poor performance against Barnsley in the FA Cup last night.

The 27-year-old has struggled with fitness issues this campaign, having picked up a knee injury during pre-season, as well as suffering from a hamstring problem in recent months.

Even so, the Moroccan international has yet to justify the £38m that the Blues paid Ajax for the player last year, having scored just one goal in 11 Premier League appearances. Whether he can turn around his fortunes between now and the end of the season, we shall see.
