Turkish Champions Expect To Seal Move For Chelsea Frontman ‘Within 10 Days’

Galatasaray are closing in on a move for Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi, according to Gunes.

The Turkish news outlet reports the Super Lig champions have been considering a move for the Belgian international in order to strengthen their squad for the Champions League.

The club’s board proposed the player to manager Fatih Terim, who is said to have approved the deal.

Gunes say that Galatasaray are confident of sealing the transfer “within 10 days” and it remains to be seen whether this is a loan proposal or an offer to take the player on a permanent deal.

No transfer fee is mentioned but the Turkish club are said to be ready to open negotiations with Chelsea.

Whether the Blues will be open to letting Batshuayi leave, considering their transfer ban, we shall see, but after loan spells at Borussia Dortmund, Valencia and Crystal Palace, it seems the Belgian could be departing Stamford Bridge once again this summer.
