Chelsea, during the Premier League era, have enjoyed their most successful period in history. Not only have they won several Premier League titles, they have also won two Champions League trophies since 1992.

This was a tough list to make – there are a number of notable absentees, but in our eyes, this just goes to show how great the players who did make the list really are.
