Rudiger And Pedro In, Tomori And Pulisic Out: Chelsea’s Predicted Starting Line Up To Face Wolves

Chelsea have a number of players coming back from injury after the international break, and it will be interesting to see who manager Frank Lampard will recall.

In defence, Antonio Rudiger is back in contention but the Blues boss could choose to keep faith with Fikayo Tomori after performing well against Sheffield United on his full debut. With four fit centre-backs, we could now discover who is Lampard’s preferred centre-back pairing.

Reece James will feature for the Under 23s this evening after recovering from ankle surgery so it means Cesar Azpilicueta will retain his place in the side against Wolves.

N’Golo Kante is back in training but is not fit to start so it’s likely that Ross Barkley will keep his place in midfield alongside Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic

Pedro has reportedly recovered from a hamstring issue, and after having started the first three games of the season, the 32-year-old is in line to replace Christian Pulisic who was ineffective against Sheffield United last time out.

Chelsea’s Predicted XI To Face Wolves:
