Chelsea may consider a “sensational” bid worth €140m (£118m) to sign three Inter Milan players, according to the Gazzetta Dello Sport.

The Italian newspaper claims the Blues are interested in recruiting Milan Skriniar, Denzel Dumfries and Cesare Casadei, and there are suggestions that offers will be made for the trio before the transfer window closes.

A deal for Casadei is said to be the most likely, with Inter reportedly willing to offload the teenager for between €15m (£13m) and €20m (£17m) this summer.

In terms of Skriniar, it’s more than likely that the Slovakian international is now only a backup option if Thomas Tuchel’s side can’t get an agreement with Leicester for Wesley Fofana.

Dumfries, meanwhile, is a player that may drift off the radar, especially after captain Cesar Azpilicueta signed a new two-year contract, but there is still a possibility that Tuchel is keen to have more competition for Reece James on the right flank.
