The Guardian journalist Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Juventus will offer Miralem Pjanic in their attempt to sign Chelsea midfielder Jorginho.
Juve boss Maurizio Sarri wants to reunite with his former player but supporters on Twitter are not keen on the Blues getting Pjanic in exchange:
Rather take the 50 mil

Jorginho is captain material at Chelsea. No way Chelsea would swap him for an ageing & out of favor Pjanic.

Honestly I’d rather we’d just take the money

Keep your Pjanic, pay for Jorginho. We don't want your player but we'll take your money.

I’ll rather we just receive cash for Jorghinho, otherwise, please don’t let him go ?

Pjanic is now 30 years of age, two years older than Jorginho and, while the Bosnian is a very good player, he would hardly be an improvement on what the Blues already have.
Chelsea do have promising young players, in Billy Gilmour and Ethan Ampadu, coming through the ranks so Jorginho’s sale would not be disastrous but it’s likely they’d prefer a straight cash deal.
The Italian international signed from Napoli for £50m two years ago, and if they managed to recoup what they paid for the player, Frank Lampard’s side could then reinvest the money in other areas of the pitch where they have a greater need.
