Pochettino

The Argentine had a lengthy spell as Espanyol’s manager, and a shorter stint with Southampton, so that has to be taken into account when assessing why he is bottom of this list.

Pochettino transformed Tottenham during his time at the London club and got them to a Champions League final, while he won a league title with Paris Saint-Germain.

Even so, the fact that he was sacked by PSG just eighteen months into the job does raise some question marks about his suitability for Chelsea.
