PSG Look To Exploit The Situation Amid Claims Chelsea Star And Tuchel Have Fallen Out

Paris Saint-Germain are weighing up a possible offer for Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku this summer, according to reports in England.

The Belgian is believed to have a difficult relationship with manager Thomas Tuchel and, despite being signed for a club-record fee last year, there is a possibility that he could be let go at the end of the season.

PSG are planning for life without Kylian Mbappe, who is expected to sign for Real Madrid on the free transfer, and Lukaku could form part of a new-look front three.

The 28-year-old has struggled since returning to Stamford Bridge in the summer, having scored just five league goals in 19 appearances.

One of the main difficulties for Lukaku is that he has been unable to adapt to Tuchel’s system, but the main bone of contention is an interview with the Italian media back in December where he revealed he would have preferred to have stayed at his previous club Inter Milan. Those comments did not go down well with fans or with Tuchel himself.
