Paul Pogba is currently one of the most coveted midfielders in the world and he is being linked with an exit from Juventus this summer with top European expressing a desire to sign him.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is a big admirer of the French international and, despite signing Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona, is looking to bring the midfielder to Stamford Bridge before the closure of the summer transfer window.

The 21-year-old was pictured near Stamford Bridge last week fuelling rumours that he could leave the Old Lady in favour of a return to the Premier League with Chelsea. Pogba decided to leave Manchester United in 2012 in search of regular football with Juventus, where he has won two Serie A titles.

However, Chelsea fans will be disappointed to hear that a move for Pogba is not in the cards after his agent dismissed such rumours. According to the Daily Mail, Pogba’s agent revealed: “Everything is perfect at Juventus and no meetings are planned. Paul to Chelsea? It’s just fantasy football.” So obviously not the news Blues fans wanted to hear but nobody can complain too much with the acquisitions of Diego Costa, Cesc Fabregas and Mario Pasalic so far this window.
