Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – Robert Sanchez – Filip Jorgensen didn’t impress against Servette so the Spaniard is unlikely to be displaced as No.1 anytime soon.
RB – Malo Gusto – rested for the trip to Switzerland but the fullback should return to the starting eleven this weekend.
CB – Wesley Fofana – Tosin Adarabioyo and Benoit Badiashile were pretty poor in Switzerland so the 23-year-old’s position in the team looks secure.
CB – Levi Colwill – Maresca is a big fan of the defender, and it looks like he could be set for a long run of games in the centre of defence; injury permitting.
LB – Marc Cucurella – Raphael Veiga performed well versus Servette so the Spaniard can’t rest on his laurels if he is to keep his starting spot.
