Chelsea and Tottenham are both interested in AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie, according to reports in Italy.
The Ivorian international is currently on a two-year loan spell at the San Siro from Atalanta but the Rossoneri are obligated to sign the player on a permanent basis for £19.5m in the summer.
