Chelsea are interested in signing Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot, according to reports in the Italian media.
Manager Thomas Tuchel has previously worked with the Frenchman at Paris Saint-Germain, once describing him as a “great player” who had the potential to “become a top player”.
However, after a contract dispute, Rabiot was frozen out at PSG before he made the switch to Juve, but that doesn’t appear to have put off Tuchel. Fans on Twitter are, however, very sceptical about a move happening:

Rabiot is also believed to be on Barcelona’s radar, with it being claimed that the player’s mother and agent is already holding discussions with the Catalan club. Manchester United and Arsenal have also been linked in the past.
The 26-year-old has hardly been a standout player for Juve over the past two seasons, scoring four goals and providing three assists in 78 appearances, so it remains to be seen whether there is genuine interest from Chelsea in the midfielder.
