RB – Reece James – Maresca has insisted that the captain’s minutes need to be managed, but he should be ready to start this game, having been named on the bench on Thursday
CB – Trevoh Chalobah – the 26-year-old is expected to deputise for the injured Wesley Fofana once again.
CB – Levi Colwill – the centre-half has worked his way through a difficult patch of form.
LB – Marc Cucurella – the left-back has surprisingly been one of the club’s most consistent performers, which is just as well as Maresca doesn’t have much backup in his position.
