Chelsea forward Joao Felix was dropped to the bench by manager Frank Lampard for the defeat to Real Madrid on Tuesday night. However, he did come on for the last 25 minutes to try and make an impact.
The Portuguese international did get on the ball, but his poor decision-making let him down once again, with one moment, in particular, demonstrating his limitations. He ran past a number of Real players down the left flank and through the centre of the pitch. However, instead of providing an easy through ball to Kai Havertz, he opted to pass to N’Golo Kante, only for it to be intercepted. Fans on Twitter were lamenting his lack of end product:
unfortunately he has no end product. cant justify spending 70m+ on him when we NEED GOALS!!!

I pray we don't make his contract permanent. He isn't cut out for Chelsea.

I was a bit on the fence regarding his purchase, after watching that yesterday, I am utterly convinced he can't be allowed near our club. At that price, we can get a decent attacker, with less flair and more end product

Let him work away from chelsea. Havertz and Mount are better than him, they showed it against Real Madrid

Honestly, I wouldn’t want Chelsea to sign him unless he improves his decision making. He delays the play and dribbles too much

I think he is lazy, fair weather and makes the wrong decision almost every time.

Always making the wrong decisions, and putting the team under risk of a counter attack.

He's one of the worst player when it comes to final touch

There is a reason why Atletico let him go on loan and we could see all season why.

Considering that Atletico are reportedly demanding close to €100m (£88m) for Felix, it’s hard to see the Blues spending that sort of money on him at this moment in time.
The fact that he has scored just two goals and provided no assists in 15 appearances tells you that he really hasn’t made the impact many supporters would have hoped.
