Mourinho Up For A Big Decision At The End Of The Season

There will not be much Chelsea will be able to do at the end of the season when as far as Petr Cech goes. The 32 year old seems to be well aware of the fact that a spot in the starting eleven is not something he will have the chance of regularly experiencing. The near future is reserved for Courtois who has managed to improve on his game even though he was already one of the top stoppers in the world. According to the Daily Star, not having the perspective of being number one is not an option for Cech who is not lacking in options. After being linked to Arsenal it is now time for Liverpool to get a crack at signing the 32 year old.

The problem with such a transfer is the fact that Mignolet is also in great shape. It is a bit unlikely to see Chelsea’s keeper leave just to struggle with the same situation he is facing on Stamford Bridge. Serie A seems like a more viable destination. Both Roma and Napoli are looking to invest seriously this summer and also replace their current keepers who have been lacking in consistency.

Hopefully Cech will find a solution and will get to play on a regular basis once again. He still has a lot left of his career and it would be a pity not to see him perform for the next couple of seasons.
