Mourinho Set To Move To London

There have been many rumors surrounding Chelsea as far as who is going to be next to coach the team. Benitez has had a mediocre season at best and will surely leave during the summer. The Blues need to regain past form after failing to advance in the Champions League and after losing touch with Manchester United, who are first in the Premier League standings. Even if the Europa League trophy remains on the table, Chelsea players expressed their disappointment with their current situation by saying there is nothing like listening to the Champions League song while on the pitch.

Metro reveals that one of the most important names linked to Chelsea for quite a while now is that of Real Madrid’s coach. Mourinho is the most viable solution for the Blues even if his future with Real is not yet determined. The Special One left London after a series of disagreements with club owner Roman Abramovich. A few years have passed and it looks like things have cooled down between the two. The Portuguese manager has declared more than once that his future is with one of his former teams and also said that there is no other place like the Premier League, as far as football quality goes.

In recent news it looks like one thing is for sure, Mourinho is going to leave Madrid at the end of this season. This piece of information came from Canillas President, Manuel Alvarez, who spoke with Real’s coach about next seasons’ expectations. Apparently Mourinho replied that he will not be around next year to speak with the current coaches, meaning that he will leave Spain.

There are two possible destinations for the Special One. He will either go to France to take on the PSG challenge, or to London to replace Benitez. If we keep in mind that he recently declared that his future is in the UK, and that he sees himself returning to a former team, things could not be clearer. Hopefully, for Blues fans, Abramovich will forget about his conflict with Mourinho and bring him back to Stamford Bridge to win some trophies.
