Chelsea will most likely dispose of all three strikers currently playing for the club. Eto’o’s contract expires, Demba Ba is determined to leave and Torres is long overdue to rekindle his old self. Even with the three, the Blues were never as decisive and as efficient in front of goal as Mourinho wanted. They lost all their chances to claim a trophy this year mostly because they lacked a strong striker with genuine scoring abilities.

The 22 year old is valued at £15m which seems like a fair amount if you consider the fact that he has managed an impressive 22 goals since last September.

Chelsea will have to fight off important clubs in order to land Firmino. Bayern, Liverpool and even Barcelona seem interested in the Brazilian’s future.

Even though the 22 year old striker insisted he is happy with his current situation and that he wants to continue with Hoffenheim, Chelsea might have the secret weapon needed to change his mind.
