Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku is now open to a return to Chelsea after previously stating that he is happy to stay in Italy, according to the Daily Telegraph‘s Matt Law:

The journalist claims there are two reasons why the former Manchester United player has made a u-turn on his future and is now prepared to make the switch to Stamford Bridge.
Firstly, Lukaku has been impressed by the Blues’ determination to sign him. The London club have already had two bids rejected by Inter and they are said to be preparing a third worth around €130m (£110m).
On top of that, the 28-year-old has also been persuaded by Thomas Tuchel’s ambitious plans, and he wants to be part of a team who are moving in the right direction.
Lukaku is expected to earn around £250,000 a week if he does sign on the dotted line. Reports in Italy suggest Inter won’t reject a €130m offer if the Belgian wishes to leave the Serie A champions.
