Massive Deal On The Table To Make Pogba A Blue

Pogba is currently the hottest asset on the transfer market right now. With Juventus in the Champions League final and with their spot in next year’s competition already accounted for, they will definitely be looking to match this year’s performance. In order to do so they will need some reinforcements though which apparently might come from Chelsea. According to TalkSport, the two clubs are negotiating a complex deal which might bring Pogba to Stamford Bridge but might cost the Blues at least two players. Cuadrado is and should be one of them considering how he failed to adapt to the Premier League. Even though some might say he was not given enough time on the pitch, he still failed to prove he is worth £23m. The 27 year old might cost the club some money as his valued dropped considerably in just 4 months.

The other player who could be involved in the Pogba deal is Oscar. The Brazilian has become a priority for Juventus now that they signed their number one target, Paulo Dybala. Chelsea’s midfielder should be a bit more difficult to let go though. He has proven he can be amazing on the pitch but at times he lacks the attitude for the Premier League. To be fair, he is still young and might change his attitude in time but there is no telling if Mourinho will wait for him.

Even if the two will leave for Juventus, Chelsea still have to pay around £30-40m for Pogba which raises the question: Is the Frenchman really that necessary for the Blues so as to sell Cuadrado and Oscar and pay half the transfer budget on this move?
