Enzo Maresca’s decision to rotate the starting lineup backfired as Chelsea suffered their second successive defeat against Ipswich Town earlier this week.

The Blues will be keen to respond when they make the trip to face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday.

Oliver Glasner’s team have been rather inconsistent recently, but they did beat Southampton at home last time out so their confidence would have been boosted by that result. Even so, the away side should still be expecting to pick up three points.
