Latest Chelsea Injury Report: Updates On Kepa, Koulibaly And Three Other Players

Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga had to be substituted at half-time during the Blues’ 4-1 defeat to Brighton at the weekend.

Manager Graham Potter confirmed after the match that the Spaniard had suffered a foot injury. It’s unlikely that he’ll face Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday evening.

Kalidou Koulibaly has missed the last three matches due to a knee problem, and it is believed he has only an outside chance of being available for the Dinamo fixture. He is, though, expected to return to the matchday squad for the league clash against Arsenal.

Wesley Fofana (knee) will not be available before the World Cup. The Frenchman and Reece James (knee) are both reportedly heading out to Dubai in order to aid their rehabilitation, with the latter penciled in to make his comeback in December.

N’Golo Kante underwent surgery on a troublesome hamstring issue earlier this month, and he is not likely to be back in contention before February.
