Latest Chelsea Injury News: Updates On Rudiger, James, Christensen And 4 More Players

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that Antonio Rudiger and Reece James are both back in full training ahead of tomorrow’s game against Manchester United.

Rudiger has missed the last two matches due to a groin problem, while James sat out the game versus West Ham as a precaution after feeling his hamstring.

However, Andreas Christensen remains a doubt for the trip to Old Trafford. The defender did not feature in the 1-0 win over the Hammers due to illness and Tuchel says he requires further examination.

Ross Barkley has also been ruled out of the United game after falling ill, and there are still three other players on the sidelines with long-term injuries.

Mateo Kovacic has an ankle problem, which he picked up in the FA Cup semi-final win over Crystal Palace earlier this month, Callum Hudson-Odoi is still struggling to overcome an Achilles injury, while Ben Chilwell is continuing his recovery from knee surgery.
