Kroos To Run Down Contract & Join Madrid In 2015!

German midfielder, Tony Kroos is reportedly open to a move away from the Allianz Arena this summer but Bayern Munich do not want to lose his services. They are unwilling to negotiate a deal and want Kroos to extend his stay with the reigning Bundesliga champions.

Manchester United have been heavily linked with the 24-year-old and have made him their number one target after Cesc Fabregas joined Chelsea. The Blues, despite signing Fabregas, are on the lookout for another central midfielder with Jose Mourinho a fan of Kroos. The ‘Special One’ is even prepared to wait till next season to broker a deal with Kroos.

However, Kroos does not want to play in the Premier League and has set his sights on a move to Real Madrid once his time in Germany is up, according to the Express. With Bayern playing hardball over the transfer of Kroos, the German will see out his contract and join Madrid for free next season.

A Real Madrid source said, “It’s impossible with Bayern. The same thing happened to us with Ribery, it was hopeless. Above all, it’s down to the mentality of German clubs. He’ll have to see his contract out.”
