Kante And Pulisic In, Alonso And Jorginho Out: Chelsea’s Predicted XI To Face Wolves

Chelsea only need a draw to guarantee Champions League qualification but they will be facing a tough Wolves side at Stamford Bridge tomorrow afternoon.

After a woeful display defensively against Liverpool midweek, manager Frank Lampard may revert to a back four, dropping Marcos Alonso and moving Cesar Azpilicueta over to left-back.

N’Golo Kante could well be back in contention, but it will be interesting to see if the Frenchman will be risked. If he does start, Jorginho will be the likeliest to give way, with Mateo Kovacic and Mason Mount playing ahead of him.

The switch in formation would also enable Christian Pulisic to return to the starting line up after the American’s impressive cameo from the bench at Anfield.

Willian is expected to take up his customary place on the right flank with Olivier Giroud likely to keep his place in the eleven after scoring once again last time out.

Chelsea’s Predicted XI To face Wolves:

Kepa, James, Zouma, Rudiger, Azpilicueta, Kovacic, Kante, Mount, Willian, Giroud, Pulisic
