Goalkeeper and Defence

GK – Filip Jorgensen – Maresca has stated that Robert Sanchez is his number one goalkeeper so the Dane has work to do if he wants to start Premier League matches.

RB – Axel Disasi – with Reece James still on the sidelines, the Frenchman is expected to continue covering for Malo Gusto on the right flank.

CB – Tosin Adarabioyo – the 26-year-old performed well in the first leg, and he will be keen to impress again, looking to make a case for starting in league fixtures.

CB – Benoit Badiashile – remains a weak link in the backline and fans will be hoping he rediscovers some consistency in his game.

LB – Renato Veiga – looked comfortable playing as the inverted fullback in the first leg. He can push Cucurella for starts on the left-hand side of defence.
