Chelsea are one of the clubs interested in signing Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly, according to reports in the Italian media.
There have been claims in recent days that Manchester United are also in the running for the Senegalese international but it is thought that the Blues could also be considering a summer bid for the 28-year-old.
Fans on Twitter would be very open to Koulibaly making the move to Stamford Bridge:
I really hope this is true ???

Manager Frank Lampard could well be looking for a new centre-half in the summer. Despite already have four senior centre-backs at his disposal in Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen, Kurt Zouma and Fikayo Tomori, they have conceded 34 goals in 25 league games this season, and the Blues boss could be looking for an upgrade.
Brighton’s Lewis Dunk has been linked with a potential switch, but Koulibaly would be a statement signing, who would certainly offer a commanding presence at the back.
