Hazard Not Going Anywhere

Hazard Not Going Anywhere

Hazard has been the subject of intense speculation and the focal point of much media gossip over the last couple of weeks. He is having a stellar season for Chelsea and is perhaps one of the few mainstays in Jose Mourinho’s side this season. His performances have been outstanding and is being highly reckoned as a strong candidate for individual accolades by several pundits and bookmakers.

He has caught the fancy of free-spending French outfit Paris Saint-Germain, who are on their quest to create an incredible attack which already boasts the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Edinson Cavani and Lucas Moura within their ranks. PSG are of the belief that Hazard is that missing piece of their puzzle whose acquisition will help them go the distance in Europe this season. Thus they want to sign the former Lille man, and bring him back to the French league.

However, Hazard was asked about PSG’s interest and the Belgian international has cleared the air on his transfer saga by stating that he fully expects himself to remain at Stamford Bridge, not only this January but also for next season. TEAMtalk report him as saying, “For four years, during each transfer market, there are rumours I will go here and there,”

“Paris has money, Paris is a great club. But I am at Chelsea, there is no chance to see me leaving during that transfer market or during the next one, I think. I don’t want to leave. To me, Chelsea is the best place to improve.”

So Hazard will not be going anywhere.
