Eden Hazard once again expressed his intention to continue playing for Chelsea despite constantly being linked to PSG. According to Metro, the Belgian international is not at all interested in joining the French side who have made the youngster their primary target for this summer. Rumors regarding his possible departure started right before PSG’s Champions League clash against the Blues. Since then, Hazard has been repeatedly tied to a move especially when he and Mourinho had a public dispute regarding the Portuguese manager’s defensive playing style in Europe.

Despite Hazard’s repeated denial regarding any interest on his behalf regarding a transfer, the press still insist the proper bid will do the trick. This is also somewhat Mourinho’s fault who said no player of his is not for sale. The possibility of such a move became even higher when Chelsea found out they will not be able to join the European competitions if they fail to meet the FFP regulations. With them being lined up to sign Diego Costa in what is probably going to be a seriously big deal, the financial situation has to be balanced out somehow. Selling Luiz to PSG made things better but there is still much to do in order to comply with FIFA’s Financial Fair Play standards.

During his last interview, Hazard seemed secure of his future at Stamford Bride. Despite all the issues pointed out before, the Belgium international still remains Chelsea’s best player from last season. It is quite unlikely we will see him leave anytime soon no matter how generous PSG’s offer is going to be.
