Have Your Say: Which striker should Chelsea sign in January?

Chelsea have enjoyed an almost perfect start to life under new manager Maurizio Sarri.

Undefeated in the Premier League having won five out of their six top flight fixtures so far, and safe and sound through to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup – life is dandy at Stamford Bridge.

Summer signings Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic and Kepa have adjusted well to life in South West London, and even the youngsters – namely Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ethan Ampadu – are getting a look in.

But while is may be roses for the most part, one area in which the Blues are still struggling is up-top. Neither of the club’s first strikers have found the net so far this term.

Alvaro Morata’s struggles have continued, and Olivier Giroud – whilst impressive when given the chance – looks unlikely to be trusted as the number one man by Sarri.

So come January, a new front man is must.

Former Blue and Lyon star Bertrand Traore has been linked with a mover back to his former home, as has his team-mate Nabil Fekir.

Robert Lewandowski reportedly wants out of the Bundesliga, whilst Fulham’s Alexandar Mitrovic has also emerged as a shock target.

RB Leipzig’s Timo Werner, Napoli hitman Dries Mertens and a host of other European stars could also be available. So who should Chelsea bring in after the New Year. Have your say below …
