Chelsea midfielder Billy Gilmour has been pictured in training with the first team for the first time since he underwent surgery on a knee injury.
The 19-year-old has been sidelined since July with his last match being the 3-2 win over Crystal Palace. However, he looks to be close to making his return to first-team action and supporters on Twitter are very happy to see him back:

Gilmour will need some time to regain his full fitness and we may have to wait until the next international break to see him start his first game of the season. It will, though, be interesting to see where he fits in the pecking order under manager Frank Lampard.
The Scotland Under 21 international was favoured ahead of Jorginho after the restart back in June, and he could be in line to replace the Italian once again when he is ready to make his comeback.
