Graham Potter ‘Asks’ Chelsea To Sign 43M Rated Striker Who Could Become ‘One Of The Best In The World’

Chelsea manager Graham Potter has approved the club’s attempts to snap up Red Bull Salzburg striker Benjamin Sesko, according to Fichajes.net.

The Spanish rumour mongers claim that Potter ‘asks’ for the player who could end up being “one of the best in the world” in his position.

It should be noted that Sesko has already agreed to join RB Leipzig next summer so any talks about a transfer would have to involve them.

The Blues do have a good relationship with the Bundesliga club, with a deal for Christopher Nkunku in the works, so there is no reason why they wouldn’t sanction a double deal.

Fichajes believe that €50m (£43m) could be enough to get agreement from Leipzig. It would double the amount they paid for Sesko without the player making a single appearance for them.

Of course, there could be other clubs in the mix for the Slovenian international’s signature. Manchester United are also believed to be big admirers of the forward and they could get involved in negotiations. We shall see if Chelsea can beat their rivals to the punch.
