‘Coronavirus Isn’t Enough To Stop This Beast!’ ‘Great To See’ Fans React As Chelsea Provide New Update On Hudson Odoi

Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi hasn’t taken long to get back on his feet after contracting the Coronavirus. The Blues’ official Twitter account shared a tweet of the 19-year-old back on the treadmill:

Fans are delighted to see the winger back raring to go and have wished him well as he looks to get back to full fitness:

Of course, it must be emphasised that Hudson-Odoi is a young, professional athlete whose body is well prepared to combat the virus.

Unfortunately, though, the elderly and those with underlying health problems won’t be so lucky if the bug gets into their system.

For Hudson-Odoi, the task will be to recover from the hamstring issue that has plagued him since the beginning of February and make himself match ready for whenever the season is resumed.

The Premier League will have another meeting on Thursday to discuss the Coronavirus and whether the postponement of fixtures until early April will need to be extended.
