Conte Plotting Raid On Chelsea As He Looks To Snap Up TWO Players

Inter Milan manager Antonio Conte wants his club to sign Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante, according to reports in the Italian media.

The former Blues boss is said to be keen on reuniting with the Frenchman after having worked with the player for two years during his time at Stamford Bridge

Conte is reportedly looking to add experience to his squad and he is said to have asked Inter‘s hierarchy to make a move for Kante, as well as his teammate Emerson Palmieri.

An enquiry for Kante will likely be given short shrift considering the 29-year-old’s importance to the squad. The midfielder has missed a lot of football this season due to injuries but manager Frank Lampard has selected him on a regular basis when fit.

The France international is currently out of action due to a hamstring problem and he remains a doubt for tomorrow’s crucial game against Norwich City.
